It has a micro-cut shred size of 4.3mm x 13mm, making the pieces impossible for anyone to read. On top of this, it also shreds credit cards, CDs, and staples. Credit card companies are always mailing out applications to sign up for their credit cards, so it’s important to have a shredder to destroy these applications before one is opened in your name. For extra security, you can slide the HP CC20 top open to shred and slide it closed when not in use.
