You may want to ask:
Q1: The cross-cut shredder is stuck. What should i do?
A1: Generally, you can pull the paper up while pressing the "REV" button. If the paper jam is serious, you can press the "FWD" and "REV" keys several times to clean the cutter, and then use tweezers and other tools to pick out the jam.
Q2: Why are there paper scraps in the trash can and on the knives? Have I received a second-hand machine?
A2: In order to ensure that the paper shredders you receive are qualified, we will inspect each shredder before leaving the factory, so there may be some pieces of paper in the trash can.
Q3:Why doesn't it work after plugging in?
A3:Check whether the cover is placed correctly and adjust the direction of the cover. The shredder will not start working until it is placed correctly. (There will be sound when placed correctly).
